After years of assisting me, Kara received her real estate license in 2015. Kara and I founded Douglas County Real Estate LLC in 2015 to provide personalized service and truly immerse ourselves in this lovely county.

Kara and I met in high school and married shortly after graduating from Eaglecrest High School. One year after graduating from high school, we bought our first home. We picked Castle Rock as our house because we loved the homes, Prices, location, open space, and, most importantly, the small-town charm that this community has to offer. Since the eighth grade, I’ve worked in the automotive business, most recently at Wagner Equipment Company, where I worked on Caterpillar equipment. I immediately realized that real estate was my calling and set out to make that goal a reality.

"Brandon Lee has been a great blessing to our family! He is very patient, kind, and determined to do the very best job he can for your family needs. We were very blessed with Brandon’s consistency and trust in the team he uses that got us a house that we were able to afford and move into quickly. He was on our side the whole time and wasn’t out to get more money but out to get us a house we would LOVE for a long time. We first asked for his help about two and a half years ago when we were expecting to have a nice down payment. "In 2014 we contacted Brandon through a mutual friend as we were trying to decide if we wanted to put our house on the market and needed an opinion about the work that needed to be done.  Brandon and Kara visited us at our house in Elizabeth and helped us make those decisions.  For more than a year Brandon and Kara stayed in touch with us, gave us great encouragement, and kept us informed as to the prices for houses for sale in the area.  In fall of 2015 we were ready to sell the home we had been in for over 20 years!  Brandon and Kara came to the house again and helped us with all of the paperwork to put the house on the market.  They were so professional and organized, we knew we had made the right decision for who should list our house.  The photographer came and the pictures of the house were perfect. "If you are looking to buy or sell a house, Brandon is the guy to talk to. I met him through a Facebook post looking for help getting my house ready for sale with full intention of selling it myself. He came to my rescue and gave me a lot of information and advice about selling the house.  No pressure at all.  He said he understood if I wanted to try on my own, but that he would be available if I needed his help.
