If you are looking to buy or sell a house, Brandon is the guy to talk to. I met him through a facebook post looking for help getting my house ready for sale with full intention of selling it myself. He came to my rescue and gave me a lot of information and advice about selling the house. No pressure at all. He said he understood if I wanted to try on my own, but that he would be available if I needed his help. It was the best decision I made when I took the ‘For Sale By Owner’sign back to Home Depot and called Brandon. I signed a contract with him, he had the photographer out to take pictures and it went up for sale on a Friday while I went out of town. When I returned on Monday he had 3 offers waiting for me and I accepted one that was over asking price (actually they all were). Before the closing date, I packed up and left for my home state and Brandon finished the transactions for me. I’ve never had such a positive experience with a realtor before and going with Brandon was the right thing for me. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.
