"Brandon Lee has been a great blessing to our family! He is very patient, kind, and determined to do the very best job he can for your family needs. We were very blessed with Brandon’s consistency and trust in the team he uses that got us a house that we were able to afford and move into quickly. He was on our side the whole time and wasn’t out to get more money but out to get us a house we would LOVE for a long time. We first asked for his help about two and a half years ago when we were expecting to have a nice down payment. Brandon took us around and showed us properties even though it was a good chance that we were not going to buy one at that time. Two years later we called on him again and he was right there without any reservations and started showing us properties again. Brandon kept us updated and helped us make a good bid on a property we REALLY wanted. Unfortunately, we were outbid on that property but that didn’t keep Brandon from rallying our spirits and continuing to look around. When the buyers who outbid us failed to close on that house Brandon immediately informed us and our closing began. Now we are first-time homeowners of a lovely house that we get to call our own! As a house-warming gift to us Brandon paid to have our garage door fixed. Since our property was bought in as-is condition, we were prepared to try to fix it ourselves, but Brandon’s generosity came just in time! We will use Brandon for our next home purchase and will refer his services to everyone we know and tell them about his kindness and thoroughness!"

"In 2014 we contacted Brandon through a mutual friend as we were trying to decide if we wanted to put our house on the market and needed an opinion about the work that needed to be done. Brandon and Kara visited us at our house in Elizabeth and helped us make those decisions. For more than a year Brandon and Kara stayed in touch with us, gave us great encouragement, and kept us informed as to the prices for houses for sale in the area. In fall of 2015 we were ready to sell the home we had been in for over 20 years! Brandon and Kara came to the house again and helped us with all of the paperwork to put the house on the market. They were so professional and organized, we knew we had made the right decision for who should list our house. The photographer came and the pictures of the house were perfect. We listed on a Friday, by Monday the house had been shown 11 times and we had several offers for full price. After a short time, the paperwork for selling the house was complete and up went the "under contract" sign on the house. We were very happy with every aspect of this sale. Several weeks after the closing on the house we ran into some contract issues and even then, Brandon and Kara were there for us throughout the process to reach a resolution. I had been thinking of moving to Durango, CO for some time because my family lives there. My mother was going to have total knee surgery and I was going to help her with her recovery in Durango. Prior to leaving, I decided to check out the job situation. I found a job I was interested in, applied and they wanted me in 6 wks. I had a lot to do in 6 wks.... sell my home, pack my home up that I lived in for 30 years, give notice to 2 wonderful jobs in Denver, find a place to rent in Durango and start a new job. "If you are looking to buy or sell a house, Brandon is the guy to talk to. I met him through a Facebook post looking for help getting my house ready for sale with full intention of selling it myself. He came to my rescue and gave me a lot of information and advice about selling the house. No pressure at all. He said he understood if I wanted to try on my own, but that he would be available if I needed his help. It was the best decision I made when I took the 'For Sale by Owner's sign back to Home Depot and called Brandon. I signed a contract with him, he had the photographer out to take pictures and it went up for sale on a Friday while I went out of town. When I returned on Monday, he had 3 offers waiting for me and I accepted one that was over asking price (actually they all were). Before the closing date, I packed up and left for my home state and Brandon finished the transactions for me. I've never had such a positive experience with a realtor before and going with Brandon was the right thing for me. I'm sure you won't be disappointed."
