We were very blessed with Brandon’s consistency and trust in the team he uses that got us a house that we were able to afford and move into quickly. He was on our side the whole time and wasn’t out to get more money but out to get us a house we would LOVE for a long time. We first asked for his help about two and a half years ago when we were expecting to have a nice down payment. Brandon took us around and showed us properties even though it was a good chance that we were not going to buy one at that time. Two years later we called on him again and he was right there without any reservations and started showing us properties again. Brandon kept us updated and helped us make a good bid on a property we REALLY wanted. "In 2014 we contacted Brandon through a mutual friend as we were trying to decide if we wanted to put our house on the market and needed an opinion about the work that needed to be done.  Brandon and Kara visited us at our house in Elizabeth and helped us make those decisions.  For more than a year Brandon and Kara stayed in touch with us, gave us great encouragement, and kept us informed as to the prices for houses for sale in the area.  In fall of 2015 we were ready to sell the home we had been in for over 20 years!  Brandon and Kara came to the house again and helped us with all of the paperwork to put the house on the market.  They were so professional and organized, we knew we had made the right decision for who should list our house.  The photographer came and the pictures of the house were perfect. "If you are looking to buy or sell a house, Brandon is the guy to talk to. I met him through a Facebook post looking for help getting my house ready for sale with full intention of selling it myself. He came to my rescue and gave me a lot of information and advice about selling the house.  No pressure at all.  He said he understood if I wanted to try on my own, but that he would be available if I needed his help. It was the best decision I made when I took the 'For Sale by Owner's sign back to Home Depot and called Brandon. I signed a contract with him, he had the photographer out to take pictures and it went up for sale on a Friday while I went out of town. When I returned on Monday, he had 3 offers waiting for me and I accepted one that was over asking price (actually they all were).
