I recognized the allure of the pure mountain country around Castle Rock, and that it would have the same attraction for the military professionals of our community in Colorado. I have a Military Relocation Professional designation to better help those who served our country make their purchase. It is an honor to serve our military professionals.

I (Brandon) have been in real estate since 2011 and previously worked with Your Castle Real Estate and Cherry Creek Properties. Kara obtained her license in 2015 after years of helping me. In 2015, Kara & I started Douglas County Real Estate LLC, the goal is to provide localized service and really root ourselves in this wonderful county we live in.

Whenever we are not showing properties and negotiating the best transaction for our clients, we can be found enjoying the mountains and open spaces with our 3 beloved dogs!

Prior to real estate, Kara and I were high school sweethearts and we married shortly after graduating from Eaglecrest High School. We purchased our first home 1 year after graduating high school. We chose to set our roots in Castle Rock, we loved the homes, prices, location, open space and most of all the small-town charm this community has to offer. I was in the automotive industry since the 8th grade and went to work at Wagner Equipment Company working on Caterpillar machines. I felt that real estate was my passion and quickly worked towards making that dream a reality.
