Moving is stressful enough, let alone with 4 young kids during the school year, but thanks to Brandon our stress and nerves changed to ease and joy. Long before we were ready to put our house on the market, Brandon spent a great amount of time showing us the city of Castle Rock where we wanted to move, and we were able to know with confidence the exact community and school we wanted to move to. When the time was right for us to sell, he showed us many great homes, and never wasted our time with homes that were not appropriate for our family. Brandon sold our Aurora, CO home quickly, pricing it just right and working so well with other agents viewing our house. We ended up selling our home and closing on our new home all in the same day, with Brandon working perfectly with us, the other agents involved and our mortgage company. We can’t thank Brandon enough for his involvement in our move, we couldn’t be happier!
